So, we’re in a car on the way in. And it’s probably like 9 or 10 o’clock at night.

I want to tell you 2 things that I saw clients doing in the last 5 days that made them even more successful.
So, first things first. I was on a gameplan.
One of the things we do with every new client is to get their plan together for the next 12 months.
What do we need to do in the first 90 days to really make sure you win it?
As coaches, we often wear way too many hats in our business, leaving us overwhelmed with tasks we hate doing. We need to get free from those tasks so we can focus on the parts of our business we’re most passionate about.
I had a really interesting email yesterday. A woman’s thinking about coming to the Million Dollar Coach Intensive – one of the workshops I run.
And she said, “Is the course accredited? Is the program accredited? Can I get a certification?” Or something like that. And it got me thinking about something I haven’t thought about in a long time – about certifications.
The reply I sent to her was,

And Jada said – I’m paraphrasing, but something like, “How do you enroll people into an existing program – in a way that lets you on-board people evergreen without anyone getting lost; either without their –the new people diluting the group or without them diluting the group because they’re noobs or because they’re behind everybody else.
So, I’m going to answer that today.
