How to Schedule Your Week so It Energises You

We are well into our nomad year or two around the world. I’m in Hawaii right now.

I just finished up a coaching session with a client. A couple of things came out of it.

I want to share one of them with you.

So, firstly, a little bit of background. Her name is Vanessa, and over the last little while working together, her business is at $750,000 a year which is awesome.

3 Things I Want For You

Taki here. Hope you’re doing really well. In the Goldie on my bonus day and off to get some breakfast for Kiri-Maree who’s chilling out.

In this quick video, I want to talk to you about the three things I want for you.

Three things I want for you and they’re not sunshine, rainbows, and lollipops.

Although, I’m a big fan of at least two of those three things.

My friend Dean Jackson has a super happy fun day;

The 24-Hour Rule

London is freaking awesome. It’s full of London cabs funnily enough. And street performers.

So, here’s the thing I learned. We got into London Saturday night. And we –at the airport, a guy met us in a Mercedes Benz Vito.

One of those kinds of black van things. So, we all piled in. Me, Kiri-Maree, Jacinta, Aroha, Ethan, and Vera.

So, we’re in a car on the way in. And it’s probably like 9 or 10 o’clock at night.

2 Things Most Successful Coaches Do to Get Results Even Faster

I want to tell you 2 things that I saw clients doing in the last 5 days that made them even more successful.

Set shorter deadlines

So, first things first. I was on a gameplan.

One of the things we do with every new client is to get their plan together for the next 12 months.

What do we need to do in the first 90 days to really make sure you win it?

Are You A Certified Coach?

I had a really interesting email yesterday. A woman’s thinking about coming to the Million Dollar Coach Intensive – one of the workshops I run.

And she said, “Is the course accredited? Is the program accredited? Can I get a certification?” Or something like that. And it got me thinking about something I haven’t thought about in a long time – about certifications.

The reply I sent to her was,

How to Bring People into an Existing Group That’s Already Started Without Them Getting Lost

In this video, I want to answer a question I just got from Jada…

And Jada said – I’m paraphrasing, but something like, “How do you enroll people into an existing program – in a way that lets you on-board people evergreen without anyone getting lost; either without their –the new people diluting the group or without them diluting the group because they’re noobs or because they’re behind everybody else.

So, I’m going to answer that today.

How To Setup A Workshop Room

We’re here today for a Million Dollar Coach Intensive. And I’m here actually with Mike who’s our awesome designer — projector of the vibe, creator of the brand.

I just want to do a quickie about setting up a workshop room right. And not just the workshop room, we call it the conference kit.

I don’t know about you, but I reckon that our stuff is some of the best stuff; not best-looking stuff,

How to Stop Your Coaching Sessions From Going Overtime

I just finished up a Weekly Sherp, one of the calls we do with our clients every single week; hoping to get really clear about what actions to take over the next 7 days.

A great question came up and thought it will be really helpful for you.

And so, while I’m here at the computer, I thought I’d record a quickie for you about how to shrink down session time and stop sessions from going over time.

3 Things You Need to Create Great Work and Get Sh*t Done

I just want to share with you stuff about my favorite work environment for getting things done.

According to a friend of mine, Colin Boyd, there are three things you need for great work:

  1. You need a clear task.
  2. You need a distraction-free work environment.
  3. You need a set timeframe.

My favorite working environment is a cafe.

Cafes are perfect because there’s background noise.

3 Things to Simplify to Achieve Financial Independence

For years, my goal is to put answers to this question:
“How can I simplify your life, so I can multiply my business and vice versa?”

There’s a client of mine who I’ve been working with for quite a long time now.

When he was just starting, he was making $13,000 a month, and we got him up to a million dollars a year. Right now, he’s making about $160,000-$180,000 a month.

We were setting his goal for next year which is $242,000 a month;
