“How can I simplify your life, so I can multiply my business and vice versa?”
There’s a client of mine who I’ve been working with for quite a long time now.
When he was just starting, he was making $13,000 a month, and we got him up to a million dollars a year. Right now, he’s making about $160,000-$180,000 a month.
We were setting his goal for next year which is $242,000 a month; the number he’s after, but his plan wasn’t just about making more money.
He wanted to change his products and his role in the business. We’ve got dollar numbers, but what’s most important to him is doing the stuff that he loves; marketing, sales, creating content, and doing videos.

There are three things you need to simplify, so you can multiply your business:
Your schedule. Know the things you want to hang on to, and the things you want to let go of. Do the stuff that you are good at and that you love.
Your products. Stick with the products that sell. This is where you can look at a prospect in the eye and say, “This will give you the result you’re after.”
Your marketing. Avoid shiny objects. If you have a simple sales funnel where you have a traffic source that you can scale up, and a conversion tool you can rely on, then your life is going to be really great.
Do it in a way that it’s sustainable, profitable, generous, and most of all, incredibly fun.
