Today, I want to talk to you about what you track and what you measure.
In our Boardroom, we track The 5 Dials™. Thinking about adding one more though.
We track monthly revenue, profit, number of leads per month, number of days in your genius (the thing that brings in the money that’s easy, effortless fun for you), and number of free days.
So what’s the thing we might add?
Maybe something health-related — a 120-day fitness challenge. See if we can get everybody a bit healthier, a little bit fitter, a little bit wealthier.
So the question is really simple…
What do you measure every day, every week, and every month in your business?
Numbers to track
If you damage anything, then that’s a lesson right there.
If you do perfect, then how often do you track it, and what are you currently doing about it?
If you want something to help with the revenue, the profit, the days on genius to go up, or your free days to go up, that could be us.
