I want to tell you the one reason why people aren’t responding to your marketing the way you want them to.

I just got back a few weeks ago from a Black Belt Intensive in Santa Monica and one of the things that came out was, how do you make your marketing irresistible, how do you make it so people are crazy hot for what you got?

The secret to making marketing that is irresistible is to make your free marketing, that you give away to the marketplace for free, as good or better than what most people charge for. I mean here’s the thing: Okay somebody has to say, “Well I don’t need to put that much. Everyone’s going to take well I’ve got lying around and use that as my lead magnet as my kind of free thing in return for an email address.” Well, that’s okay but it’s not great. The mistake we make is thinking that just because people aren’t paying money they’re not paying. They’re paying with something much more valuable than money. They’re paying with time and attention.

The Reward For Time and Attention

If you want someone to give you their time and their attention you better reward them with something worth watching, worth risking to, worth reading. Even if it’s like some of the most valuable opt-in bribes that we create in Black Belt one page cheat sheet like literally the five tools which will help you increase your X, like a little one-page cheat sheet. So what will you do with a one-page cheat sheet something quick or you do something a little bit more or even more valuable like a free video course? Make it world class, make it better than what most people charge money for.

That course I don’t know if you watch the video, I get so much feedback about that course is better than most of this stuff I pay $2,000 for. It’s a free video course that I give away for free in return for an email address. Why? You know what? I know you’re not paying money for it but you’re going to pay with time and attention so I want to make sure it’s worthwhile.

Make Your Marketing More Valuable…
