I want to talk to you about theming your days. We’re not good at managing minutes or even hours but I’m really good at managing weeks and days.
So I want to give you a productivity tip. Instead of making an ABC or 123, party list or big fat to do list and trying to get through it.. the simplest for me is just theming my days.
So in my week, every week, we have Rockstar Friday. That’s the day where I create new content or teach it to our clients.
Money Thursday is the day when I wake up in the morning, go for a walk, come back in and my calendar is full, back to back to back of people who want to talk to us about going in the coaching business. Money Thursday. Helping them get more money, and in the process, bring more cash and clients into our business.
So I want to know what the themes are in your week. But rather than blend everything together where you have a little bit of this and a little bit of that and kinda mush it all together in one day, what will happen if you theme your day.
Everyday, you have a purpose, have an outcome and a goal. You do that, and your day is fun because you know that everyday, whatever day, Thursday good things are gonna happen – cash wise in your business. Friday you get to create.
Maybe, every Monday, every Saturday or every Sunday is time you can get off and enjoy.
Anyway, the big idea here is just to stop letting everything in your day, and instead of living by default, start living by design and make your week the way you want them to be.
